I swear I have plateaued when it comes to losing weight. Probably because I don’t go hard enough lol but really, as of lately I just got lazy. So starting today, I will be walking 4 miles, and doing three 30-day challenges (abs, squats, arms) and will see what my results are weekly. Also, on Wednesdays I will be taking an hour “BUTI Yoga” fitness class – a combination of twerk fitness and yoga (all cardio).
I will make a point to take before picture of week one up to week four! Along with the workout, I will be eating healthy (no diet) and watching my carb intake. In addition, I take FitMiss supplements – burn, tone, cleanse, balance and protein shake.
